About NextGen

NextGen is EAOMS's initiative dedicated to nurturing the next generation of oral and maxillofacial surgeons. Through mentorship programs, educational workshops, and networking events, we empower young surgeons to develop their skills, build professional connections, and contribute to the advancement of the specialty. Our program focuses on providing hands-on experience, exposure to cutting-edge techniques, and guidance from established leaders in the field.
